To download a form to your own computer Right-Click on the form link and select "Save Target As". You will be prompted to specify where on your computer you wish to save the form.

The forms can also be viewed on line by clicking on the form ink. Once the form is displayed on your screen, you can print it by Right-Clicking anywhere inside the form and selecting "Print." Do not use the Print command of your browser.
